Blocking entire instance? (sh.itjust.works)

I’ve noticed in my “all” feed that several posts are NSFW, all coming from lemmynsfw.com (I think), I would like to keep a SFW feed. Is it possible to block an entire instance?

        In your profile settings uncheck Show NSFW content and hope all relevant posts have NSFW set.
Join an instance that blocks lemmynsfw.
Run your own instance and block it.
