I don't want to get out of the hood, I want to make it so that it's favorable to the people who already live there.

True safety is:

Having housing security

Full healthcare

Free education

Healthy food

Mass public transit

Owning their workplace and running it democratically

Natural areas for leisure

It's not a matter of if we want it. We do. It's changing the system so that we CAN have it without being exploited.

I hope we can get there. We could be doing it right now but the people in office can't and won't vote against making themselves rich.
