I'm willing to contribute to buying some property at dirt cheap prices if anyone wants to pool some cash with me. So long as you agree that we use it to humiliate the fucker forever.

I've been saying for years that I want to see Trump Tower renovated to accommodate a ton of low income housing. Heck setup a soup kitchen and homeless shelter on a couple lower floors.

Hell, I bet E. Jean Carroll would help with funding that plan as well.
