He wanted to bully them into a loss or settlement rather than their claims about the cesspool Twitter is be true.

But now that he's lost, we now legally know it's a cesspool

Edit: I should have read the article first. Case was dismissed it wasn't ruled on after a trial, so I'm not sure that means it's legally a cesspool
