Here's my attempt to colorize the image using Photoshop's neural filters. If folks prefer, I can do this to the uncolored images, and link to the uncolored originals.
(I don't know if the downvote is a commentary on my color choices or my idea. I like the splash of color and I think it makes the image more readable.)
