I started setting up this tank December 15 2023. It was my quarantine tank but I decided to do a new setup to cull male guppies. My main tank has 100s of them now so I'm trying to separate them and get ready to giving them away or something.

After adding in the rocks I got busy with the holiday season and redecorating the whole room. The tank sat with a single snail in it until today (Jan 22)

So, they’re not actually stacks of grilled cheese sandwiches is what you’re saying?

I always thought the names aquascapers make up for the rocks where really funny. Maybe I will collect more of this limestone and sell it on etsy as luxury Grilled Cheese aquascaping stone.

I’m not sure if Lemmy has a “forbidden snacks” community, but that’s what it brought to mind.

Best of luck with your delicious rock endeavors!

I really like that large piece of wood. Nice scape too.

Nice look! What kind of snail was the starter snail for this tank?

One nerite snail. He did a great job with the algae. The tank stayed clear the whole time. Although it was mostly already cycled because it was set up as a bare quarantine tank for a year before I scaped.
