He's done a lot of key animation work on shows like Aquarian Evol, various Gundam series, and the first Tiger & Bunny film.

I really like the character designs. I know it would be near impossible to see this level of detail in a commercial product and for longer than a short, but it'd be cool if it happened.

Edit: It seems this production was helped by the Animator Dormitory crowd funding project, as per Catsuka. It's cool something good came out of that beyond helping them not be impoverished.
