Yeah she's a bit eccentric and really, really horny, but does she really belong with the others? She's never shown to be unstable like the rest.
I think the idea was that if she wasn't segregated like the others, she would fuck her way to the top and no one would be able to stop her.
Now I wanna see who would achieve total galactic control first: Lauren with her charms, Patrick "That's a stupid question!"-ing his way to the top, or Jack pulling off an intricate heist to take over every computer ever made in a single moment.
Patrick would take over the galaxy just to make it stop being so loud!
Well Patrick was highly successful in "Thats a stupid question"-ing his way to Bashir, if his goal was total galactic control, then I think he would have it done in a couple of months, maybe less.
Compared to the others she's aggressively normal but compared to literally anyone else she's super weird.
She essentially falls under 90's era "spectrum." Some social awkwardness, but she's more confident than most.
