Toyota's marketing department should get a raise because they sent out some outlandish - and outright bullshit press releases recently, and they went from being the laughing stock of the car business by people who follow the news when it comes to EVs, to now appearing to be a leader to people who don't follow the industry in just a few weeks. It is all smoke and mirrors, but that's what marketing departments do!

Their Bz4X is a joke and they have not shown any other full EV cars that are ready to be released that change that fact. It is just some press releases about some mythical new technology that will give them ungodly amounts of range and unbelievable amount of recharge time with zero proof their claims are even possible.
