I went for three consecutive weeks without eating last year. The food I got after was horrible, but it felt so good to eat.

So unlike OP, this person constantly got nutrition.
As someone who's been on IV-feed after a surgery and someone who's fasted just for fun, there's a huge difference.

Correct. However, the year before I went two weeks on only water after a bad breakup.
