The video is about how nearly impossible it is to guess a key for SHA-256 encryption, it says nothing about Bitcoin.

SHA-256 is one of the mechanisms Bitcoin uses for security, he mentions it at the tail end of this video and in his previous video series on how cryptocurrencies work. This video is specifically about SHA-256.
