I know there are a ton of iOS apps for Lemmy. But what are they missing? What experiences would you like? It could be quality of life or big and ambitious features Many of you often have really good ideas and feedback, I’m looking forward to responses.

For android, since you didnt specify. I love eternity. I used to use infinity for reddit and its just a fork of that. Its clean, minimal, and crazy customizable.

Boost is my favorite. Clean UI and attractive icon.

I assume you got voted down because Boost isn't FOSS, which is true. But it's still good.

I moved to Boost from Sync (also not FOSS) when it began to look like the dev had abandoned Sync. Boost felt like the closest app visually and in using it.

I'd prefer something FOSS, but inertia is real and I'd been using Sync for a long time.

Avelon was great for iOS. I'm using Android now, and Summit is great.

I like Sync because it has a proper Material You implementation (at least from the screenshot it looks like that), but I don't use it because it's not FOSS. Eternity and Jerboa is probably the closest thing. Both the apps do not have the search feature, so I have to stick to using the web UI.
