1-No evidence against kejriwal made public till now by ED since the investigation began in 2021.

2-Kejriwal was arrested based on the statements of a co-accused businessman turned government informant who is out on bail.

3-Accused Businessman donated ₹55 crore or $6.6 million to BJP via electoral bonds.
