i can easily see russians popping Paolo just to cover their tracks, i've never thought about it this way but it does make prosecution harder

not to mention gigascammers like Justin Sun that nobody would miss, unless when trying to collect evidence

I dunno, you want shady people willing to do your money laundering, and murdering those that are caught is a bit of a disincentive to recruiting more.

by now i suspect there's plenty enough of these sleazes that were given an offer that they can't refuse. not like crypto was supposed to last forever anyway

I wasn't aware that they made Paolo the CEO until reading this article. Initially I thought Amy made a typo and had to google it. I guess JVL was sick of doing all of those media appearances /s.
