I believe Forsaken also gets you access to Last Wish and all weapons from that raid. That being said no one will know if it goes on sale before TFS.
EDIT: Last Wish is free for everyone as of a few seasons ago. There's no reason to buy the Forsaken IMO.
I would have liked to get le monarque from the kiosk, I’ll buy it for that if it goes on special, but not full price just for one bow.
