I feel like I probably missed a ton of content because every time I read through patch notes there's all these horrible game-breaking bugs and I somehow managed to get to an ending without running into any of them.

Which ending(s) have you done?

[-] CeeZ@dataterm.digital 1 points 1 year ago

I went to space! Idk if there's more endings that have that component.

iirc 4 of the ~9 endings (depends on how you count them since there are a few variations of each) involve space travel - including the 2 worst ones.

also you should try for some more endings, the "best" ending doesn't go to space.

edit: no wait, there's way more than 9 if i count the romance choices... ummm okay 2 of the main four-ish endings???

I recall feeling a bit "meh" about the ending I got but I'm weird about games where choices matter. I get really invested in the story and when I try to replay it I start to feel like actively making different choices devalues my former choices, ultimately breaking my immersion.

That makes sense I guess. Like it's never going to hit as hard the second time.

Thank you for this.. I'd have missed the patch update for some time if not for this.

It's a minor thing but I'm glad they've fixed the "Enemy Hack in Progress" glitch with money transfers and other interactions. It was pretty immersion breaking.

Wait that wasn't part of the game? I thought it was just a weird quirk.

I also thought it was intentional. I thought it was “well since someone is doing something to you, your implants are seeing it as hostile.”

Always good to see bugfixes. I just hope they drop the big new content/gameplay changes patch a few weeks before the DLC, so I have time to play through to the end again before the DLC drops.

Still no fix for the Pyramid Song instakill bug

[-] SynAck@dataterm.digital 2 points 1 year ago

There's an instakill bug in Pyramid Song? I've played through it 3 times and have never experienced that bug. How does it manifest?

Ever since 1.62, V will instantly die after swimming a few meters for me. The only way I have been able to complete it is with god mode.
