I have a PR open to disable automatically opening entries that are marked NSFW when auto media preview sidebar setting is enabled.

I wanted to get some feedback from people on if this is something that they would be okay with, or if it's something they want to leave as is.

The main change would be for people that would want to preview NSFW, they will have to manually open those entries themself.

One consideration I have is potentially adding a new user option when auto media preview is enabled of "also auto media preview NSFW", but our sidebar is quite full of options, not that one more is a big deal but there have been a lot of discussions in the past about moving some of them to the user settings pages and making them persistent, which is a much larger undertaking
