I love how the follow up is a perfect example of people conflating correlation with causation.

The guy with a history of heart attacks had a heart attack six weeks after getting the vaccine? Let's blame the vaccine!

It is just the COVID version of blaming autism on vaccines if it happens within some arbitrary amount of time after the vaccine.
