Has anyone used wizardswap.io?

I want to exchange Bitcoin to XMR, and am looking for some feedback. Good or bad

Thanks for the replies everyone. I went ahead and used wizardshop. My transaction went through without issues

I would avoid because we are unsure of their status as to whether they are still active or have tried to exit scam. Haveno is your best option.

Edit: if you have no Monero at all use trocador.app to convert a small bit of BTC to at least 0.11 XMR using an instant exchange. Once done then use Haveno.

they're a partner of OrangeFren, who has a review here:

apparently they have their own liquidity pools, which is always good. haven't used them yet though.

wizardswgtu2ovor7r2esg3cxdpt7tv4nrugi32lldv53zmtonbz6sid.onion # draws liquidity upon users wallets from localparticl.com

I loved it. Its one of the few alternatives to commercial swappers. .onion was under flooding (ddos) attack though. 2.2% slippage. The code is based on BSX (basic swap dex) AFAIK. Used small amounts. Else, Haveno recommended, but be prepared for higher slippage.

Recently, the option to trade and withdraw (!!!) Monero was suddenly gone for about a day without a word from them on what is going on. I would stay away.

AFAIK they had issues with their monero node sync and it has been solved. I had a warning on kycnot.me for this, but I have now just removed it since I just tested and I was able to withdraw and exchange XMR just fine.

Also, for what I know, they had a ddos attack and their site was unresponsive (for what I also put a warning on kycnot.me the moment I became aware of the issue), seems like the attack is over, as the site was responsive when I was testing a few hours ago.

@monerobull @monero @culper Dammit, I liked wizardswap...

Did notice they seemed to be running low on monero. Possibly the reason it was removed. I get Insufficient liquidity. when trying today.

I used it pretty much every week, however there is something going on. Clearnet keeps getting DDOSed, and I've been using the onion site. However like Monerobull says, something happened with the XMR withdraws. I hope to hear from them officially, meantime I'd stick with Majestic Bank, Trade Ogre.
