ITV4+1 has moved from channel 93 to channel 59 on COM4 (England).

ITVBe+1 has moved from channel 58 to channel 93 on COM4 (England).

ITV3+1 has moved from channel 59 to channel 58 on COM4 (England).

Channel 695, 695, has changed to ADULT1 on COM4 (England)

Channel 696, 696, has changed to ADULT2 on COM4 (England)

Purpose Media has been added to COM4 (England) as channel 293

TalkTV has been added to COM4 (England) as channel 294

Channel 278, Zee World, has been removed from COM4 (England)

Channel 697, 697, has changed to ADULT3 on COM5

Channel 698, 698, has changed to ADULT4 on COM6

Channel 711, Hits Radio, has been removed from COM6

Channel 716, Greatest Hits Radio, has been removed from COM6
