Texas Supreme Court lets gender-affirming care ban remain in effect

This is old news at this point. They're letting the ban go into effect while they litigate whether the ban is actually constitutional/legal. The fact that they're letting it go onto effect rather than granting injunctive relief is virtue signaling to their supporters/"vacation buddies."
