It didn’t exist, so I went ahead and created it then posted a medical question. Figured that I’d let this community know in case someone can be of assistance.

We also have !health@lemmy.world for general discussions and news, and a list of other health comms. Check it out, and feel free to post/crosspost. We don't get much traction.

medical students shouldn't be offering health advice, we're specifically councelled NOT to do this.

IF you are going to offer medical advice as a student, please end it with 'this is not medical advice, this is at best opinion from a student, please see a qualified medical practitioner for actual medical advice!"
