Hey bro welcome to the hobby! The best resource I have found is probably YouTube, but a close second would be the bonsai subreddit. You can also check out the bonsainut.com forum. I would encourage you to look for a local club if you live in a decent size city. You'll probably be surprised to find one, and they may have a Facebook page.
