I did this battle with a really upgraded corruption weapon and ring of arcana. It was not really fair to the boss. :) Also the first and only time I got to the end!
We must have had the same seed. Did a 3 challenge run with a gladiator, a +6 corrupting war hammer, +5 RoArcana, +2 RoT and thieves armband.
The King never stood a chance. Corrupting monks and golems was just too much for him...lol
Maybe! I think mine was a runic blade maybe. I don't I'll have a run like that for a while. Got a mage going right now with brimstone armour and a wand of fireblast...
