Proposal: Switch to Alexandrite or provide a toggle between interfaces.

Rational: Alexandrite passed all the markdown tests featured in this post. Unlike lemmy-UI and Photon. Fewer than 15% of Lemmy Apps display posts accurately

Additionally, it is pretty. :D

Could just simply give it a different subdomain like is currently done with photon. I have no idea how involved spinning up Alexandrite might be though.

Would be great if Alex didn't have that floating Comments thing always in the way, but otherwise better than Proton on Blahaj if anyone wants to try both.

For me, Alex needed so adjustment to get a good dark mode, but not hard to do.

I'm even more disappointed that Lemmy can't block keywords so pages of shitposts about worthless parasites.
