A spray bottle with dish soap and water will wipe out aphids/mites in case this is a recurring problem and the lady bugs are already fat off the slaughter. You just need to apply it in the morning or evening when there's no direct sun hitting the plant and then spray it off with the hose after about a hour or it will wither before your eyes.
