Problem is that they get blocked immediately if you post the address publicly. Is there anyone here that has experience and a solution for circumventing that? Also where do you host it? Any cheap VPS you can recommend?

Its mentioned in the article. Just posting you got a proxy and giving the address away via DM already decreases the chance of getting blocked a lot.
