Suggestions of fav jobs when you have ADHD/ASD burnout?

Friend has crashed hard enough they are re-evaluating life path, what to aim at/train for next.

Wondering if there are maybe themes of what works or doesn't work for finding stable, health-sustainable work.

Both eating jobs and career path ideas welcome.
