Yep, like 15 seconds before
I was still surprised that I got alerts from 2 different sources before it actually happened. What times we're living in.
In Eagle Rock. Didn't feel shit. It's in Ojai, though... at least according to my app.
Felt it. As it was still rumbling, the alert came in.
The alert takes a few seconds to process, but then is sent at the speed of light, while the earthquake wave proceeds at 2+ miles per second. The further away you are, the more warning you get.
