I prefer without human ears.

I strongly prefer with human ears. It looks wrong if you can see the ear-less sides of their head and just hiding it with hair is the coward's way out.

Plus 4 ears is cute.

I'm an either-or. I prefer having either set of ears, but only one of them.

Four ears is a bit weird to me.
