They have been using computers, yes. Let’s not make it about AI. Because it isn’t. They all tap into a price fixing system which nudges prices up based on the time of year. It goes up and down, but always a little higher each time to confuse you.

It’s price fixing. Plain and simple.

What we need are some property companies who have the decency to drop prices and force everything down.

Or, you know, rope.

It is price fixing with an intermediary (who produces the AI model).

I really hope some serious anti-trust action goes down here. If the feds can whack Microsoft, they should certainly do the same with RealPage.
