I wonder if slipping into 2025 hurts their NSSL eligibility/credibility? It seems like it must. And like they will.

Also, 25 metric tons to LEO for Beeg Vulcan kind of stinks. That's less than actual Vulcan, at 27. I know it's less mass efficient because of designing for reuse, but saying 45 tons and delivering 25 on a program that isn't supposed to be as iterative as what SpaceX does...
