This 500cc two stroke from 1988 is sitting there in front of a mall, just like a time machine.

These looked so futuristic and aerodynamic when they came out, and they look so dated and blocky now.

Love the color scheme.

@M33 One of my all time favorites is the 1988 GSXR 750 in red and white...

The RG design dates back to 85/86 and it looks like the other bikes from that time. I think that most designs from the 90s to the 00s still hold up well today.

At that time I wasn't much fond of 4 stroke, I totally blame ๐Ÿ˜‰ Kevin Schwantz and team Suzuki GP about that.

Nevertheless the closest thing I have ridden was a Kawasaki 750 Stinger, still dream of it today ๐Ÿฅน

@M33 I am also a big 2-stroke fan. I lived in the USA so I could not get a nice TZ250 or RGV250... The older 400/500s that they did bring in were a little too boxy for me.
The only bike that I sold that I still have fond memories was my 99 Ducati 750ss...
We just called the ZX750 a Ninja... Was a bit heavy but it had a fantastic motor.
