To be fair, the dems are basically doing the same shit. It's an entire government of cowards as we watch democracy die with a whimper. All in an attempt at self preservation that isn't even going to work in the long run.

If Dems were 'doing the same shit', we would have lots fewer Dem centrists. This is something that goes way being anything the left is doing.

But the radical left used to do stuff like this. There were lots of leftwing terrorist groups active in the 1970s.
