It required 4+ years of experience in FastAPI. 🤦

I couldn't apply as I only have 1.5+ years of experience since I created that thing. 😅

Maybe it's time to re-evaluate that "years of experience = skill level"

What is funny is that when people claim experience, they don't. Our HR department required us to put in x number of years of a custom app one of my workers had built. Nobody outside of my group would have had experience with the app, but we claim to have 5 years of use.
