Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

None of that text matters anymore. Laws are only as good as the enforcement of them. When ICE can strip a green card holder of their right to be in the country and deport unilaterally with no legal accountability for the crime of supporting a cause they don't like, free speech is over.
