Is this from one of the Switch games? I feel like I never finished Tears of the Kingdom or I missed something somewhere….

This is from Tears of the Kingdom. I have never tried it myself, but this person likely just fused a rail cart to their shield. From there I believe it’s just normal shield surfing. Since there’s a cart attached to the shield it is able to ride the rails.

Any shield should be able to snap to the rails, fusing the cart just reduces (eliminates?) any friction or durability use.
