I actually doubt that. Many of the smaller ones than this had plenty of them. I'd be willing to bet there were people with some smaller ones that just aren't easily visible from high up. You can only make out the really large flags and signs from this angle

fair point. i guess it's just disheartening to see half a dozen ukraine flags prominently displayed while palestine appears to be forgotten (the u.s. flags, while revolting, make some sense here).

The 50501 movement also had done some smaller boycotts when the crowd sizes were smaller. With these larger crowds, they'll likely be able to organize some larger boycotts with more of a byte

50 states, 50 protests, 1 movement (against Trump & Musk)

It's actually much more than 50 protests now because each state has way more than 1. Originally it was just at each state capitol, but they have grown larger and more numerous each time they happen
