Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Any woman-identified person under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is welcome.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.

5 workouts is a lot! Does your body not get overtired? I do 4 and if I do 5 I risk damage

I don't really work-out for hours, only about 30-40 minutes and its mostly stretching. I do 50% bodyweight stuff und 50% pilates. So it is actually quite easy. The tough part is to get out of bed on time to do it.

That's a good way of doing it, little and often. It's achievable

Difficult and complicated are words that I wouldn't even know how to interpret for a human being lol. I hope this kind of language doesn't occur too often.

Also would you recommend avoiding the term 'too much' for people that just have too much energy and overwhelm me? Because that's how I use and interpret it regardless of gender.
