Death road to Canada is pretty solid.
Spelunkey 2 is fantastic, albeit incredibly challenging.

2. No bigotry or harassment, be civil
No bigotry, hardline stance. Try not to get too heated when entering into a discussion or debate.

This is to prevent people from posting for the sole purpose of promoting their own website or social media account.
4. Stay on-topic; no memes, funny videos, giveaways, reposts, or low-effort posts
This community is mostly for discussion and news. Remember to search for the thing you're submitting before posting to see if it's already been posted.

5. Mark Spoilers and NSFW
Make sure to mark your stuff or it may be removed.
No one wants to be spoiled. Therefore, always mark spoilers. Similarly mark NSFW, in case anyone is browsing in a public space or at work.

Cult of the Lamb maybe?
I think the combat portion of the game would be a big turnoff for her. I do own the game so it doesn't cost anything to try it.
A few options me and my partner have enjoyed:
Bunhouse - a non-management-heavy farming simulator but you are bunnies growing plants. Cute as hell. There is a sequel where you run a bakery too but we haven't got round to that just yet.
Unrailed - might fall into the overcooked catagory, but when it gets hard and goes wrong it tends to be a looming inevitablity, not a frantic panic
Nidhogg - a 1v1 fighter, but is quick fire frantic sword fights you can button bash through which is wildly entertaining in 5 min bursts.
The Cinnabunny
sequel looks so adorable. Lots of animal crossing vibes. Definitely wishlisting that!
One of my favorite games to play with my SO is Out of Space the vibe is very similar to Overcooked but it's procedurally generated and a lot more chilled out, i.e. less chaos.
If you enjoy escape rooms try out Escape Academy, haven't seen anyone mention it but it's really a blast!
The cult of the lamb
I really like the Life Is Strange series for “playing together” with my wife.
It’s not multiplayer, but it’s like watching a movie and making choices for the characters along the way.
Would be great if you updated this post with new games you enjoyed 😊
Degrees of Seperation - 2D puzzler with wonderful scenes and visuals
Heavenly Bodies - 2D puzzler about astronauts and 0 gravity environments
Unrailed - isometric 3D. A train starts driving and you need to gather resources and build tracks etc.
Wobbly Life - 3D fun game, no real objective, just many quests and activities throughout the world
