Most people don’t understand how obvious this case is:

-the rules were litigated before the election

-everyone agrees that the voters followed the rules as litigated

-only votes from blue counties were contested

-the “illegal” votes from red counties would still count

Republicans have no shame.

Just curious, what has happened in those 6 months? Is the time just lost, is the person who won not actually able to take the position yet? If so, it sounds like they still won by wasting all this time. Why do I feel like you only ever see this abuse allowed on one side...

Riggs (who won) has been serving on the NC supreme court in the meantime and recusing herself from cases involved in the election challenge.
