She lives in Boston, she’s imprisoned in Louisiana, her hearing is in Vermont and she isn’t allowed to go, she has to send a lawyer. Her colleagues will travel three hours from Boston to Vermont to testify for her. These are not reasonable things to ask.

Fascists are anything but reasonable.
She seems so passionate about her work. She has plans to help take the science further. I hope she is releases but more than that, I wish the system changes dramatically so people do not fear their own authorities.
I hope another country rescues her from this shithole
