Microsoft Reward Points are server sided so no this won't work.
Also, MS Rewards is not worth it anymore, I've used it in the past (2021/22) when it was good, they've nerfed it into the ground now. Don't bother with it, they'll nerf it again and again until it dies out in a few years.

These shitty reward websites are total dogshit and will make you spend years to earn a shitty 10€ Xbox gift card (which are basically worthless)
So in other words, even if you use the most efficient Raspberry pi setup, you will be at a loss.
Microsoft Rewards was worth it maybe 5 years ago now its not worth the hastle.
