Infant coverage of measles immunity from their birth parent wanes months after birth and they don't get their regularly scheduled immunizations till 12 and 18 months (when it can provide long-term immunity), leaving people with babies 6-11 months old concerned. When crowd immunity breaks down, regularly scheduled vaccinations may not be sufficient. An interesting and unfortunate dilemma
