No AI company is going to ever take any responsibility for anything their AI says. Everyone knows that those things hallucinate at least 50% of the time. If someone spends money based on what the AI said, that's not on the AI, that's on the person. I don't know why this person is collecting "evidence", not only is this covered by the EULA, any judge will throw this out in 3 secs flat.
