Bone cancer, preferably. The cancer makes the bones sharp and spiny then within the body and causes immense pain before death.

Not me : I wish trump would live a million years, have an almost instant healing factor, but that healing causes 10 times as much pain as the injury, and that he's shot into the sun. Other celestial objects can be considered.
