OPS, RED and MAM have interviews. Sometimes you can get open signups for others. I got in the open signup on AR

From what I've read on /g/ they're close to their usermax (like 70 invites available to the whole site's users) so there isn't a standard way of getting an invite.

Could be wrong though, I don't have an account there
