Wait, is there a 4k upscale of Babylon 5?
From what I last heard that wasn't possible due to not having the original files from the CGI scenes. I believe these are individual scenes upscaled either with AI or other post-processing software. For what it's worth HBO had some upscaling implemented as well while they hosted streaming rights just recently. I'm just not sure about the current streaming rights holders, Tubi.
