I pay more for my personal setup each month than I would have to pay for all streaming sites combined.
Yet it's the ease of having Arr's and a personal server with almost zero limits to stream any content I want.
My setup includes :- Dedicated Server Usenet Indexers and Private Trackers
The only time I wouldn't find a movie or show I want would be a really old obscure media which doesn't seem to exist anywhere.
Everything else is grabbed from both via my Arr's and life is chill.
I pay 0 and get everything I want streamed with 0 limits to my tv 😂 wtf why pay for all that bs💀

Now that stremio + torrentio exist piracy is MORE convenient than streaming.

Even though I paid for Prime, I would get an ad before every show. No ads with Stremio.
With streaming service I get some seasons of shows but not others. With Stremio I get the entire series.
As more and more people get direct fibre optic connections, this advantage will get smaller and smaller...
