Why don't my Kbin posts appear on mastodon? (lemmy.world)

When I look at https://mastodon.social/@RimWorldPorn@rimworld.gallery there is a group, but nothing ever appears there when something is created on /r/rimworldporn

Is there any way to make creations appear there?
